SHISEIDO MALAYSIA CAMELLIA MEMBER'S MONTH TOP SPENDER CONTEST 2026 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Contest Period

The SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest ("Contest") is organised by Shiseido Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Organiser") and will run from 1 November 2026, 12:00 AM Malaysia Time to 30 November 2026, 11:59 PM Malaysia Time ("Contest Period"). The Contest is open to eligible purchases made at participating Shiseido Boutiques and Counters in Malaysia during the Contest Period. Only purchases completed within the Contest Period will be eligible for participation in the Contest.

2. Eligibility

The SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest is only open to Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above at the time of participation. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, agencies, business partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. By participating in the Contest, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Participate

To participate in the SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest, members must make purchases at any participating Shiseido Boutique or Counter in Malaysia during the contest period and submit the official Contest Entry Form together with a clear photograph of the corresponding purchase receipt. Only entries with a completed submission form will be eligible for the contest. Participants are required to retain the original receipt for identity and purchase verification purposes. All eligible purchases made within the contest month will be accumulated as net spend.

4. Winner Selection

At the end of SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest month, the member with the highest accumulated qualifying net spend at participating Shiseido Boutiques and Counters in Malaysia will be crowned the Top Spender and will receive one (1) Gold Bar as the prize. Qualifying net spend refers to the final purchase amount after deducting all discounts, vouchers, rebates, returns, exchanges, and cancelled transactions.

Winners will be determined based on the highest cumulative qualifying net spend achieved during the 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026. In the event of a tie, the member who achieved the qualifying net spend first, based on transaction date and time records, will be declared the winner.

Each member is eligible to win one (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period. If a member qualifies for multiple winning positions or prizes, only the highest-ranking prize will be awarded, and the next eligible member in the ranking will be selected to receive the subsequent prize. All decisions made by Organiser regarding winner selection and prize allocation shall be final and binding.

5. Contest Prize

There will be five (5) prizes to be awarded under the SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest, comprising five (5) Gold Bars, with each winner receiving one (1) Gold Bar. The Organiser reserves the right to determine the specifications, weight, brand, design, and value of the Gold Bar at its sole discretion. Each winner is entitled to one (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other item.

6. Winner Announcement and Notification

Winners will be notified between 15 December 2026 and 22 December 2026 via WhatsApp using the contact details provided in the Contest Entry Form. Winners are required to respond within seven (7) days from the date of notification and provide any information or documentation reasonably requested by Organiser for verification purposes. Failure to respond within the stipulated period may result in the winner being deemed to have forfeited the prize, and Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible participant as a replacement winner.

7. Prize Collection

The prize collection date and location will be determined and communicated by Organiser upon successful verification of the winner's eligibility. Prizes must be collected within one (1) month from the date the winner is notified that the prize is ready for collection, at the participating Shiseido Boutique or Counter where the qualifying purchase was made, or at such other location as may be designated by Organiser. Winners are required to present the original purchase receipt and a valid identification document for verification at the time of prize collection.

8. Verification

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity, purchase records, account details, and eligibility of any participant or winner. Winners may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, purchase, or other information necessary to verify their eligibility. If a winner is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, used fraudulent or abusive methods, or otherwise failed to meet the eligibility requirements, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select a replacement winner.

9. General Terms

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel the SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By participating in the SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and arranging prize delivery, in accordance with the Organiser’s applicable Privacy Notice. Winners of the Contest consent to cooperate and participate in any publicity activities that may be organized by the Organiser. All information published and related to the Contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of the Organiser. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the SHISEIDO Malaysia Camellia Member's Month Top Spender Contest, including winner selection and qualification, shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
